Hiring Incentives (HII) is led by its President and CEO, John A. Doran, who was instrumental in the 1996 establishment of the Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) program. He has been at the forefront of legislative efforts regarding the extension and expansion of the program since its inception. He is considered one of the nation's Employment Tax Credit ‘gurus,' and is well-known & respected as a champion for integrity in the tax credit field. He is a CPA, has an MBA, a member of the Tax Executive Institute and is a former tax executive with Manor Care, Inc.
In 1989, John was one of the founding partners of TBT Enterprises, Inc and led the way in providing a unique Executive oriented reporting process. From then through 2004 (when the company was sold), TBT managed WOTC-type programs for more than 100 Long-Term Care companies, including 8 of the 10 largest for-profit chain
John is also one of the founding members of the National Employment Opportunity Network (NEON), a not-for-profit lobbying association responsible for extending and enhancing employment incentive programs. HII (along with NEON) lobbies Congress for enhancements to the programs that would most benefit those entry level employees seeking long term employment and their employer

John served as the senior tax executive for a Fortune 500 company for more than 15 years. He is a long-standing member of the Tax Executive Institute and a founding member of National Employment Opportunities Network (NEON), an association formed in 1996 that’s responsible for developing, extending and expanding certain employer-related programs. He is the founder of Hiring Incentives, Inc., and has helped clients realize their employment and tax possibilities since 1989. John is a CPA, a graduate of the University of Richmond and holds a Masters Degree from Hood College.
Raj GillSVP of Corporate Development
Raj is a co-founder of Hiring Incentives, Inc. As the leader of Hiring Incentives, he developed state-of-the-art information systems for identifying and capturing employment tax credits for clients. He also developed state-of-the-art information systems for HII. Raj is a key member of NEON through which he works to develop and expand jobs-related programs. Raj holds a BS degree from Gettysburg College

With more than 20 years in sales, customer service, and leadership, Jennifer has proven adaptability has enabled her to manage projects for clients ranging from small start-ups to Fortune 100 companies. Jennifer is the VP of Sales & Marketing, her tax solutions include building partnerships and business relationships with both current and future clients, directly overseeing all sales and marketing efforts and providing support to operations as needed. Jennifer holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from Palm Beach Atlantic University, in West Palm Beach, Florida.
